Window Covering Safety Council Recalls to Repair All Roman and Roll-Up Blinds Due to Risk of Strangulation

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission in conjunction with the Window Covering Safety Council has issued several recalls today for roman and roll-up blinds due to risk of strangulation hazard. Children can get their heads caught in the cords used to pull up the shades and there have been several incidents recorded.

Stork Craft recalls 2.1 million Drop-Side Cribs

Stork Craft recalls 2.1 million Drop-Side Cribs

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission released a recall in conjunction with Stork Craft Manufacturing, Inc related to 2.1 million drop-side cribs distributed in the US and Canada between 1993 and 2009. Some of the cribs have the Stork Craft branding but about 147,000 cribs have the Fisher-Price branding.
