Yesterday we installed a custom mounted baby safety gate at the bottom of the stairs and a standard child safety gate at the top of the stairs in Chula Vista, California.

The baby safety gate we installed at the bottom of the stairs (shown below) had to be custom mounted at an angle on the wall to a banister post.  Although we offer a No Holes installation kit for the banister post to help eliminate damage, the client opted to use our simple molding option.

The child safety gate we installed at the top of the stairs (shown below) went from banister post to banister post and was a more standard installation.  Again, the client opted for the standard molding installation rather than the No Holes banister kit option.

Both gates are easy one handed operation and can be quickly be removed for entertaining or moving furniture.

Our baby proofing client also had Baby Safe Homes professionally installed child safety locks and latches on drawers and cabinets int the kitchen, baby bathroom, laundry room and master bathroom, we strapped a dresser and bookshelf to the wall in the nursery, replaced the door stops with child safe door stops, and replaces some electrical outlets with self close baby safe electrical outlet plates.
